If the return request is approved, you will receive a refund in the form of store credits, which can be applied to your next order. We do not provide cash refunds.
Please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item.
If you receive a refund as store credits, the cost of the shipping will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Non-returnable Items: We cannot accept returns for gift cards.
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the exchange.
Please be aware that discount codes will not be applicable to the price of the new item.
If there is a price difference for the exchange, you will have to pay the difference in cash upon delivery.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged, faulty, or incorrect item, you will not be responsible for paying the delivery fees of your exchange, please contact our customer service team to handle the case, within 3 days from the date you received the order.
